Schrank
„Michelangelo“, 4 Türen. Das Original der Feder- und Aquarell-Zeichnung befindet sich im
Buonarroti-Museum in Florenz und scheint im dortigen Katalog (Nr. 128 A Bis) auf. Die Zeichnung
des Möbels wurde im Auftrag von Michelangelos Neffen, Michelangelo Buonarroti genannt „Il
giovane“, der das Haus von Michelangelo restaurierte, von einem unbekannten Künstler Ende des
16. Anfang des 17. Jahrhunderts gefertigt. Inneneinteilung: 2 Trennwände, Mittelteil 4 abnehmbare
Holzeinlegeböden und 1 Holzkleiderstange. Mitteltüren sowie Außentüren sind mit massiv
gearbeiteten Stangenschlössern versehen. Alle Beschläge sind handgeschmiedet und garantieren
eine gute Funktion. Korpus in echtem Italienischen Nussbaum massiv und Nussbaum furniert. Der
Schrank wird zerlegt angeliefert.
Armadio
„Michelangelo“, 4 ante. Selva ha riprodotto fedelmente l‘armadio dal disegno originale,
custodito gelosamente negli archivi dell‘Ente Casa Buonarroti di Firenze (catalogo n. 128 A bis). Il
disegno è stato eseguito da artista ignoto tra la fine del 1500 e l‘inizio del 1600, su commissione del
nipote di Michelangelo, conosciuto come Michelangelo Buonarroti „il giovane“, che in quell‘epoca
restaurò la casa del più famoso zio. All‘interno: 2 pareti divisorie, nel vano centrale 4 ripiani mobili
e 1 paletto appendiabiti in legno; a destra e a sinistra 4 ripiani mobili e 1 paletto appendiabiti in
legno. Le ferramenta in ferro battuto garantiscono un perfetto funzionamento. Il corpo è in vero
noce italiano massello, impiallacciato in noce. L‘armadio viene consegnato smontato.
Wardrobe
„Michelangelo“, 4 doors. Selva has made a genuine copy of this wardrobe. Its original
drawing is in safe keeping in the Buonarroti Museum of Florence and it is reproduced in the museum
catalogue (n. 128 A bis). The drawing was realized by an unknown artist, between the end of
the XVI and the beginning of the XVII Century, by order of Michelangelo‘s nephew, Michelangelo
Buonarroti „the younger“, who, in that period, restored the house of his famous uncle. Inside:
2 separating walls; in the central compartment are 4 removable wooden shelves and 1 wooden
hanging rail. The hand-forged fittings guarantee a smooth operation. Its corpus is genuine solid
Italian walnut, veneered in walnut. The wardrobe will be delivered disassembled.

Schrank
genannt „Frankfurter Wellenschrank“ oder „Züricher Orgelkasten“. Das Original dieses
Schrankes, welches Selva als Vorlage diente, steht im Hause „Frankfurter Bankgesellschaft 1899“
in Frankfurt. Der hohe, massive Sockel auf gedrückten Kugelfüßen und das profilierte Gesims sind
charakteristisch, ebensodieandenEckenvorstehendenNasen,welche ihnauchunter der Bezeichnung
„Nasenschrank“ bekannt machten. Der Korpus ist massiv und ganzheitlich in Nussbaum querfurniert.
Die Beschläge sind handgeschmiedet. Ausführung: 2 Türen, Inneneinteilung: Mitteltrennwand, links
und rechts 3 abnehmbare Holzeinlegeböden auf Holzleisten, 1 Holzkleiderstange. Der Schrank wird
zerlegt angeliefert.

Selva, si trova oggi nella casa „Frankfurter Bankgesellschaft 1899“ a Francoforte. Il corpo è massello,
interamente impiallacciato in noce trasversale; le ferramenta sono in ferro battuto. Composizione: 2
ante. Interno: parete divisoria centrale; a destra e sinistra 3 ripiani mobili in legno su listelli in legno
e 1 bastone appendiabiti in legno. L‘armadio viene consegnato smontato.
Wardrobe
known as the „Frankfurt wardrobe“ or „Züricher Orgelkasten“. Today the original,
from which Selva derives its pattern, is kept in the „Frankfurter Bankgesellschaft 1899“ building
in Frankfurt. The corpus is solid walnut, fully veneered in walnut; the fittings are hand-forged.
Composition: 2 doors. Inside: central partition; both right and left sides have 3 removable
wooden shelves on wooden supports and 1 wooden hanging rail. The wardrobe will be delivered
disassembled.
