Holz und Verarbeitung
Die Massivholzteile der Collection Tzsar (Kranz, Rahmen und Profilleisten) sind aus Linde
(Tilia platyphyllos) gefertigt. Die Farbe des Holzes ist in Weiß getönt, es gehört der Familie
der Laubbäume an und ist hauptsächlich in Europa verbreitet. Das Hauptmerkmal dieses
Holzes ist die homogene und schlichte Holzfaserung. Die Füße werden aus massivem
Buchenholz hergestellt.
Fronten, Seitenteile, sichtbare Rückwände und Platten sind in Kirschbaum bunt furniert
(beplankt). Die Furnierstreifen werden „bunt“ im Furnierbild zusammengesetzt. Die
handwerkliche Note und die Individualität jedes einzelnen Möbelstückes werden dadurch
besonders hervorgehoben.
Die Platten der Anrichte 7746 und des TV-Möbels 5745 sind Kreuzfuge furniert. Die
Fronten werden durch einen massiven Rahmenfries eingefasst, der die aufwändig
gestalteten Frontelemente umschließt. Die schrägen Rahmenflächen sind als Federfriese
gearbeitet, das Furnier verläuft hier also schräg, jeweils dem Winkel der Rahmengehrung
folgend.
Folgende Fronten stehen zur Auswahl:

= Türen mit Glaseinlage schwarz lackiert
V2
= Türen mit schwarz lackierter Glaseinlage und sandgestrahltem Ornament
PW
= Türen mit weißem, hochglänzendem Ledereinsatz in Krokodiloptik
PB
= Türen mit bronzefarbenem, hochglänzendem Ledereinsatz in Krokodiloptik
L2
= Türen mit silberfarben antikisierten Paneelen
L6
= Türen mit goldfarben antikisierten Paneelen
Dezent gestaltete Glasmosaike an den Kopfenden der Salon- und Beistelltische betonen
die exklusive Eigenständigkeit und den solitären Charakter des Designs. Die Glasplatten
der Tische und Bestelltische werden in Einscheiben-Sicherheitsglas (ESG) geliefert.
Beschläge
Um die harmonische Formgebung und die außergewöhnlichen Materialien zu
unterstreichen, haben wir für das Öffnen der Türen „Push and Pull“-Beschläge oder
Schiebetüren gewählt.
Einlegeböden
Holz- und Glaseinlegeböden sind höhenverstellbar bzw. abnehmbar (siehe
Detailbeschreibung). Holzeinlegeböden für Regale haben eine Stärke von 22 mm, alle
anderen Holzeinlegeböden sind 17 mm stark. Glaseinlegeböden sind 8 mm stark.
Die Bodenträger können in den vorgegebenen Positionen eingesetzt werden.
Beleuchtung
Alle Vitrinen der Collection Tzsar haben Innenbeleuchtung. Das Beleuchtungssystem ist
CE gekennzeichnet und entspricht der EU-Verordnung (EN60598), die den Gebrauch
der Elektromaterialien regelt, welche für die Montage der Möbel bestimmt sind. Die
Transformatoren sind mit einer thermischen Sicherung ausgestattet, die bei Überhitzung
die Leuchten automatisch abschalten.

Woods and Workmanship
The solid elements of the Tzsar collection (such as cornices, frames and mouldings) are
made from linden (Tilia platyphyllos). The colour of the wood is tinged in white. It is a
deciduous tree that is widespread primarily in Europe. The main feature of this wood is its
simple, homogeneous grain. The legs are made from solid beech.
The fronts, side sections, visible back walls and panels are veneered with variegated cherry
(planked). In so doing, the handcrafted touch and the individuality of every single piece of
furniture are especially emphasised.
The panels of the sideboard 7746 and the TV stand 5745 are veneered with a four piece
match. The fronts are bordered by a solid frieze around the frame which encloses the
lavish front elements. The slanted frame surfaces are crafted as a feather frieze, and thus
the veneer also runs at a slant here, correspondingly following the angle of the frame
miter joint.

= Doors with black lacquered glass inset and sandblasted ornament

= Doors with white, highly glossy leather inset with crocodile look
PB
= Doors with bronze-coloured, highly glossy leather inset with crocodile look
L2
= Doors with silver-coloured antiqued panels
L6
= Doors with gold-coloured antiqued panels
Subtly arranged glass mosaics on the upper ends of the club tables and coffee tables
emphasise the exclusive independent originality and the unique character of the design.
The glass panels of the tables and bistro tables are provided in single pane safety glass.
Fittings
In order to emphasise the harmonious design and the extraordinary materials we chose
either “push and pull fittings” or sliding doors.
Shelving
Wood and glass shelving are adjustable in height or removable (see the description of
details). Wooden shelves in bookcases have a thickness of 22 mm, all other wooden
shelves are 17 mm thick. Glass shelves have a thickness of 8 mm.
The bottom supports may be used in the positions provided.
Lighting
All china cabinets of the Tzsar collection have interior lighting. The lighting system is CE
marked and complies with the EU directives (EN60598) which regulate the use of electric
materials destined to the assemblage of furniture. All transformers are provided with a
thermal protection which guarantees – in case of overheating – that the lights will be
turned off automatically.
