La collezione Bellagio di Selva: esclusiva, ispirata
al Direttorio francese. Il Direttorio può essere
considerato una prosecuzione dello stile Luigi XVI e si
diffuse in Francia intorno al 1795 quando, in seguito
alla rivoluzione francese, un “direttorio“, ovvero un
collegio eletto dal popolo, assunse per breve tempo
la guida dello stato.
La sua caratteristica più spiccata è il ritorno alle linee
pulite in contrasto con l‘opulenza del barocco e le
forme capricciose del rococò. Traendo ispirazione
da questa corrente storica, i nostri designer hanno
creato una collezione dai connotati prettamente
mediterranei, adeguandone i modelli alle esigenze del
nostro tempo.
This exclusive collection from Selva follows the French
Directoire style. Historically speaking, this period
was established in France around 1795 when, as
a result of the French revolution, a “Directory“
chosen by the people took over the leadership
of the state for a short time. As a stylistic period,
the Directoire is a continuation of the classical Louis
XVI style. A prominent feature of this period is the
return to straight lines in contrast to the opulent
baroque and graceful rococo.
Beyond any dictate of style, our designers developed
a collection that provides a totally Mediterranean
character, with models that have of course been
adapted to today‘s needs.
COLLECTION BELLAGIO
Diese exklusive Kollektion von Selva ist an den
französischen Stil Directoire angelehnt. Historisch ist
diese Epoche um 1795 in Frankreich anzusiedeln,
als durch die Französische Revolution ein vom Volk
gewähltes „Direktorium“ für kurze Zeit die Führung
des Staates übernimmt. Als Stilepoche ist das Directoire
eine Weiterführung des klassischen Stils Louis XVI.
Markantes Merkmal dieser Zeit ist die Wiederkehr zu
geraden Linien als Gegensatz zum üppigen Barock
und graziösen Rokoko.
Jenseits eines jeden Stildiktates entwickelten
unsere Designer eine Kollektion, die rundum einen
mediterranen Charakter vermittelt und deren Modelle
den heutigen Erfordernissen angepasst sind.
